See what students are saying:

-I am new to meditation. In her classes, Elijah creates a safe, tender environment. In it I can steep in the key concepts she presents and then use them to gently focus my budding practice, at my pace, according to my self-reflection and need. She offers astute reframing with practical stories to illustrate key concepts, all of which I can use to focus my growth. Her class has awoken me and I can’t wait for the next one!

-Elijah’s Mindfulness Meditation course offered me more that I had even hoped for. It came at the perfect time in my life. I did not realize how much a class could make a difference but I left each week with very useful, specific skills and a lovely peacefulness that inspired me to keep up with the daily practice. By the end of the course, daily meditation became a non-negotiable. Truly a “Sweet soul healing”. I can’t recommend the class - and Elijah - enough.

-During COVID, I had lost my sense of center that meditation brings to me. I felt very disconnected. These gentle reminders and practices kindly brought me to my center - especially in the way Elijah holds a personal and safe space to lay the outside world on hold for a just moment - to explore my emotions - return to invite the world back in to my space with lovingkindess. Through learning and practicing together, it allowed me to listen just a little more closely to my heart.

-I have taken several classes with Elijah and her knowledge and love for meditation and wellness are immense and she shares them through her teachings. She is approachable and explains things in a relatable way. I look forward to continuing to learn from her again.

-I enjoyed and benefited from the mindfulness meditation class led by Elijah Hawken. It has the right balance of background material/information, practical tips on posture and practice, and in-class practice. If you want to develop a mindful meditation practice, I highly recommend this class.

-Elijah Hawken is a present, knowledgeable meditation teacher. She explains things clearly and is available for questions and guidance. My practice blossomed and deepened because of her class. I was left wanting more.

-Elijah teaches with loving presence, steady flow, deep knowledge, honesty of experience and clarity of instruction. She is very accepting and encouraging of her students. I would happily take another class.
