This is an introductory Mindfulness Meditation course series, offered in a LIVE, ONLINE video conferencing format.
Each of the four classes will build upon what we learned in the last.
It is suitable for beginners; those already having a practice are welcome and may discover a different flavor to their practice. The classes will be offered in a live webinar format; the series focus is on beginning to meditate while acknowledging the state of our minds, our hearts, and our world.
